Dear Colleagues,
Below please find a *DRAFT* agenda for the April 6-7 meeting. Please plan to attend and to present the plans of your group for FY95 and FY96 . Note that DoE has requested that the LoI be "on their desk" by Friday, April 22 in order that US_CMS can make their needs known and inform on the FY96 planning process.
In addition, a credible US_CMS management structure is requested along with the expected US_CMS overall responsibilities and associated costs. Thus, the US_CMS management is another major agenda item for this meeting.
The announcement of this meeting by Michel Della Negra follows below which outlines the basic goals.
