US CMS Letter of Intent Submitted to DoE

The US CMS Letter of Intent (LoI) was presented to DoE on September 9, 1994. The LoI, dated September 2, 1994, supercedes the Executive Summary described below. Copies of the LoI are available at Fermilab on WH7W.

A Letter of Intent (LoI) Executive Summary was submitted to DoE by the US CMS Collaboration on April 22, 1994. The cover page (11.1 Gb), text and tables (221 Mb), Fig. 1 (11.4 Gb), Fig. 2 (544 Mb), and Fig. 3 (383 Mb) are available above in PostScript format. Follow below for the hypertext version.
