		 meeting in Dubna


Dear colleagues:

     Igor Golutvin has asked me to help compile the information about the
CMS/HCAL members who are going to attend the Dubna Symposium on the LHC
and/or the HCAL meeting in Dubna and Protvino and who are not part of the
RDMS group.

 (a)The schedule for the symposium and meetings are as follows:

 Tuesday,   July 18 Arrive Moscow & transfer to Dubna
 Wednesday, July 19 LHC Symposium begins (Dubna)
            July 20 LHC Symposium (Dubna)
            July 21 LHC Symposium ends (Dubna)

 Saturday,  July 22 CMS HCAL meeting in Dubna
            July 23 Individual discussions with JINR engineers and physicists
                    R & R

 Monday,    July 24 Visit MIG facility (Mikoyan Enterprises) in the Moscow area 
                    Transfer from Dubna to Protvino  
            July 25 CMS HCAL meeting in Protvino (to be confirmed)   
            July 26 Individual discussions at Protvino (to be confirmed)   
 Thursday   July 27 Depart from Moscow



    If you plan to attend the Symposium and the HCAL meetings send the
    relevant information to the symposium secretary as indicated in
    the e-mail you have received on the Symposium. Indicate that
    you will stay for the HCAL meeting at Dubna and Protvino
    (including dates) as well.

    Also let me know your plans and send me the following information
    so that I can pass it on to Igor (to make sure that noone is left 
    out).

    - Telex/Fax
    - Passport number
    - Duration of Stay
    - Indicate that you are attending both the Symposium and HCAL meeting
    Which consulate will you deal with to obtain your visa 
    (Washington /New Delhi/etc)? :
 
 (b) If you plan to only attend the HCAL meeting, the schedule for 
     meetings are as follows:

    Friday     July 21 Arrive Moscow & transfer to Dubna  

    Saturday,  July 22 CMS HCAL meeting in Dubna
               July 23 Individual discussions with JINR engineers and 
                       physicists
                       R & R

    Monday,    July 24 Visit MIG facility (Mikoyan Enterprises) 
                       in the Moscow area 
                       Transfer from Dubna to Protvino  
               July 25 CMS HCAL meeting in Protvino (to be confirmed)

   You can send your wishes directly to Igor (VXCERN::Golutvin), but also
   send me the relevant information

    so that I can pass it on to Igor as a cross check.

 (c) Igor will make hotel arrangements, but each individual will have
     to pay for his/her room (ranging from $25 to $46 (US)). Dubna will
     arrange for transportation. Igor and JINR will take care of the
     visas for the entire visit.
