Subject: Specifications of the calorimeter trigger algorithms

Dear Colleague,

You find below a PS file corresponding to the final draft
of the document 'Preliminary specifications of the baseline
calorimeter trigger algorithms' as produced by the Calorimeter
Trigger Group. 

In order to guarantee that these specifications fit the CMS
physics requirements as well as the design of the related
CMS detectors, the Calorimeter Trigger Group requests
the approval of the document by the ECAL, HCAL and Physics
groups or the indication of which specifications should
be changed. 

We have foreseen a joint meeting Calo Trigger/ECAL/HCAL
during the next CMS week (Tuesday 14-16h, subject to
confirmation) dedicated to this subject. A discussion
on the physics requirements to the trigger is also
in the agenda of the Physics meeting that week.
