Subject: Modified HCAL Maating agenda for CMS week

  Dear colleagues:

  I am including a modified agenda for HCAL meetings during CMS week
  including the technical meetings on Saturday and Sunday March 15 and 16.

                 The GOAL of the CMS week meetings is to: 

                (1) Understand the status of the TDR 
                (2) and to encourage the exchange of information on
                    the interfaces within HCAL structure as well as with
                    other subsystem interfaces.


  We have decided to delay the TDR schedule by about a month, so now
  the HCAL TDR milestones are as follows


                March 17: HCAL TDR (Draft I)
                May 1: HCAL TDR (Draft II) 
                May 19: HCAL week at CERN & CMS Internal review of HCAL
                June 2: HCAL TDR (Final draft)
                June23: HCAL TDR presented to CMS Collaboration and then
                        to LHCC (after CMS approval)
                July 7: LHCC week at CERN - presentation of HCAL TDR
                        to LHCC at beginning of week.

  Please, BRING A COPY of your TRANSPARENCIES (and new text) with you
  to the meetings.
