  Dear colleagues:

  I am including a preliminary agenda for our meeting on Friday, Feb 14 and
  Saturday, Feb 15 at FSU. 

                 The GOAL of the meeting is to: 

                (1) Understand the status of the TDR 
                (2) and to encourage the exchange of information.


  We do not need to see  transparencies that have been shown before. We
  do need to know the CONTENT of your text and a summary of proposed
  drawings for the TDR. All relavant facts should be summarized.
  However, you do not need to show these drawings unless they have not been 
  shown before.

  Please, BRING A COPY of your TRANSPARENCIES.

  If you have a presentation and I have left it out, let me know so I can 
  add it to the agenda. If you are on the list, but are not coming to
  the meeting, please let me know and arrange with one of your co-workers
  to make your presentation.

  PLEASE send initial DRAFTS of your TDR write-ups to Ms. Terry Grozis so 
  they can be posted on the Web by February 10.


  All meetings in HEP conference room at FSU. For travel and accommodation
  details please consult your e-mail from early January. For planning
  purposes please let Vasken's secretary know that you are coming to
  the meeting - if you have not done so by now.
