Dear Colleagues:

     I enclose an overview of the agenda for the December CMS week.
as I now understand it. We will hold an HB/HF technical meeting on the 
Saturday and Sunday prior to the CMS week as usual. If you want to give a 
presentation or make suggestions for additional/alternate presentations please
let me know.

Note that there is an ECAL/HCAL interface on Tuesday morning.

The HCAL IB meeting will be held (early) Monday evening as usual.
