Subject: Updated HCAL agenda for CMS week
Dear Colleagues:
I enclose an updates agenda for the March CMS week. We have
agreed to hold an HB/HF technical meeting on the Sunday prior to the
CMS week. Thus we will have a meeting on Sunday, March 10.
If you want to give/drop a presentation or make suggestions for
additional/alternate presentations please let me know soon.
The agenda is PRELIMINARY and subject to change.
Note that there is an ECAL/HCAL intyerface on Tuesday morning
and an HCAL/MUON interface meeting on Wednesday morning. These interface
meetings have been confirmed, but the agenda is not specified.
Please come prepared to discuss the issues (with backup material).
