US HCAL Meeting: Febraury 5-6, 1996

     I would like to propose that we have a 2 day HCAL meeting on Monday and
Tuesday February 5 and 6 at Fermilab. A tentative agenda could be

Monday, Feb 5 (morning)

     HB engineering

Monday, Feb 5 (afternoon)

     HCAL status
     HV status and HB '96 R & D
     Photodetectors

Tuesday, Feb 6 (morning and afternoon)

     HB status
     HB '96 R & D
