Subject: Preliminary HCAL agenda for CMS week

Dear Colleagues:

     I enclose a preliminary  agenda for the December CMS week. I have been
requested by the HB/HF technical managers to hold a meeting on Sunday,
December 3. If you want to give a presentation or make suggestions for 
presntations please let me know soon. The agenda is PRELIMINARY and
subject to change.

     Please note that the presentations of the HV technologies (PPC/QF) to the
Forward Hadron Calorimeter Evaluation and Advisory committee 
(Denegri, Green, Pauss, Virdee) will take place during the week of 
November 27 at CERN. These presentations and subsequent discussions will
be public to CMS members at the discretion of the Evaluation and Advisory 
Committee. It is my hope that the HV working groups can come to a
consensus with the aid of the Evaluation Committee. The entire HCAL IB will
meet on  Monday, December 4 to express their support for the 
designated technology.
