If groups wish to have parallel meetings on Thursday, Friday or Sunday,
we can accomodate them.

This meeting will be very important in that we expect to have in hand the
dollar figure from DoE for the CMS participation by the U.S.; even if the
details of the memoranda of understanding (or whatever) are incomplete.
While not anticipating the result, we must consider our response.
It obviously should be tailored to the exact numbers, but realistically
it is likely that we will not receive all that we have requested.
The ground rules for the discussion may become better defined prior to the
meeting. The members of the management board (and all others) will be
notified as soon as any information becomes available.

Given below is information concerning the practical arrangements. The details
of the agenda and the location of the meetings will be circulated later.
Below we describe the hotel arrangements and driving directions.

PLEASE FILL OUT THE REGISTRATION FORM AND SEND IT BACK VIA E-MAIL.

Please make your own hotel reservations as soon as your plans are firm.

Please inform Ms. Lisa Jacobson at (608)-262-2281 or by e-mail to
"cmsmeeting@wishep.physics.wisc.edu",
if you plan to attend. She will then send you further information, brochures
and maps.

Regards,
Don Reeder
