Education/Outreach Coordinator Appointed

Subject: US CMS Education Coordinator

Dear Colleagues,

   Due to the press of events, it becomes necessary to have a US CMS
Education Coordinator in place on the US CMS Management Board. Therefore,
I have appointed Randy Ruchti of Notre Dame as acting Coordinator. There
will be an annual election for this post and the post of Physics Coordinator
to be held at our US CMS spring meeting.

  Education is the ultimate goal of all our efforts, both personal education
and societal. I hope you will join me in wishing Randy good luck in this
challenging effort for US CMS.
