 Dear Colleagues:

      I am including a modified agenda for the CMS Plenary week.
 Note that we had to move the HCAL IB to Tuesday afternoon because
 the CMS plenary will take all afternoon.The HF Meeting will take place
 on Tuesday morning and Wednesday afternoon.

      CMS week will be preceeded by a working meeting on HE design
 (organized by Alain Herve').

      If you have specific items you want to raise at the Technical
 meeting or the Institution Board please let me know.

 Remember the Mumbai Conference HADRON13 takes place in Mumbai, India
 between January 14 and January 20. More information can be
 found on the web. Follow the conference trail from the CERN www site or
 www.hep.net.

 There will be a mini-meeting on CMS HCAL on Thursday and Friday
 January 21 and 22 after the conference at TIFR. The emphasis will be on the
 HO-B. All subsystems involved should update and submit information
 for this meeting.
