  Dear colleagues:

     I would like to remind you about our next HCAL meeting
  in the US. As we agreed the last time we met, we will meet again at FNAL 
  just before the Madison US-CMS Collaboration meeting. The proposed schedule 
  for this week is as follows:

  Wednesday, April 10 (afternoon/FNAL)   

           2pm - 5pm  Mechanical design and integration (engineering)

  Thursday, April 11 (morning/FNAL)  

           9am - 11:00am  Test beam preparation
          11am - 12:30pm  Simulaton and Calorimeter design
  
  Thursday, April 11 (afternoon/FNAL)  

          1:30pm - 2:30pm  CMS-US HCAL Budget
          2:30pm - 5:00pm  Electronics,photodetectors,slow controls    
                         

  Friday, April 12 (morning/FNAL)  

           9am - 12:30  Working group on mechanical R & D
                        (FNAL/Maryland/Mississippi)
  
  Friday, April 12 (All day/Madison)  

           US-CMS Management Board meeting (restricted)
