HCAL/VFCAL Meeting at Fermilab, March 22-23, 1995

Subject: Next US-CMS HCAL/VFCAL test beam meeting at FNAL


 Dear Colleagues:

 (1)We will have an HCAL/VFCAL meeting at Fermilab on 

                  Wednesday, March 22 at 1:30pm


    We will meet in the WH8SW (CMS) conference area.

    The primary topic of discussion will be our preparedness for the
    test beam work in H2 and H4 this summer. (In a recent announcement
    the PS accelarator group speculates that the trashing of the PS may
    delay the '95 startup by about a week.)

 (3)We will have an HCAL engineering/integration meeting on

                 Thursday morning, March 23 at 9am 

    in the WH8SW CMS conference area.

    Igor Churin will report on the CERN CMS week engineering meetings.
    Other topics will include (a) FEA of the barrel, (b) further EB
    welding tests (c) status of HCAL assembly study (d) integration
    issues.
