HCAL Meeting in Dubna and Protvino, 22-26 July

 There will be an LHC symposium in Dubna, Russia in July. We will also
 have an HCAL meeting in Dubna and Protvino immediately after the
 Symposium. Please let me know if you plan to go to Russia, so that
 we can submit a list to our Russian colleagues so that the work on
 visas can commence. The schedule for the July Russian trip is as follows

 Tuesday,   July 18 Arrive Moscow & transfer to Dubna
 Wednesday, July 19 LHC Symposium begins (Dubna)
            July 20 LHC Symposium (Dubna)
            July 21 LHC Symposium ends (Dubna)

 Saturday,  July 22 CMS HCAL meeting in Dubna
            July 23 Individual discussions with JINR engineers and physicists
                    R & R

 Monday,    July 24 Visit MIG facility (Mikoyan Enterprises) in the Moscow area
                    Transfer from Dubna to Protvino
            July 25 CMS HCAL meeting in Protvino (to be confirmed)
            July 26 Individual discussions at Protvino (to be confirmed)
 Thursday   July 27 Depart from Moscow

 an invitation. Once you have an invitation you may apply for your visa at the
 embassy/consulate of your choice. In addition to your invitation and
 visa application you will need a support letter from your Department
 Chairman or Lab Director to obtain your visa. There may be additional
 requirements as well, so we have to start early.
