Dear Colleagues: 

     A preliminary agenda for the US CMS HCAL meeting at Fermilab on 
     Thursday, December 8 follows. If you want to make a presentation
     please let me know so you can be added to the list.

     We CANNOT meet in our usual conference room (it has been taken by 
     the simulation group). (Note that the CMS muon and simulation groups 
     are also meeting at Fermilab at this time.)
