Dear colleagues:

     There will be a CMS HCAL meeting Friday morning, April 11 in San Diego
to discuss the status of the TDR (those that are present). This will be
a working meeting for the people present, on the sections that
they are working on. I will notify you of the meeting room as soon as I
receive the information from San Diego.

             10:30 Photodetectors/Electronics/DAQ - Cushman (?)/ Elias
             11:00 HF Mechanics/Calibration - Akchurin/Onel
             11:30 HF PMT's/Electronics  - Winn/Sulak

                        LUNCH

          The afternoon will be spent in resolving issues raised in the
          morning.

                  April 11 : TDR meeting in San Diego
                  April 12 : US CMS collaboration meeting in San Diego
                  April 24 & 25: TDR working meeting at FNAL
                  April 30 : Text due for Final TDR revision
                  May 1 - May 9: Finalize TDR at FNAL



      CMS Review  (with Internal Referees) at CERN
                  May 20: CMS HCAL Internal Review (at CERN)
                  May 21: CMS HCAL Electronics Review (at CERN)
                  (note that May 19 is a holiday at CERN - Whit Monday)

      Lehman Review at FNAL
                  May 29 and May 30: Practice Sessions at FNAL
                  June 2-6: Lehman Review

      CMS week at CERN (June 23-June27)
                  Junee 20: TDR due
                  June 21-22: CMS HCAL meetings at CERN
                  
      LHCC at CERN
                  July 10: Open presentation of the HCAL TDR to
                           members of the LHCC

      
Some time after the LHCC Open Presentation we will receive a list of
questions from the LHCC which will have to be answered. Once the
questions have been answered satisfactorily, we will be qpproved.
The earliest approval date is the LHCC meeting in September.
