Dear Colleagues:

     I am forwarding to you an ammended agenda for our Monday and Tuesday 
     meeting on Feb 5 & 6. Please feel free to make suggestions for 
     additions/changes. In particular note that the time of the
     photodetector videoconference is 3:30pm to 5pm on Monday.
     At the request of Yasar Onel, the HV meeting has been moved to Monday
     evening (5pm to 8pm).
