  Dear colleagues:

  We should have an HB/HF meeting in the US before the next CMS week
  at CERN. I suggest that we meet on Friday November 22 and Saturday 
  November 23.

  At the meeting we can finalize the '97 MOU's and discuss the TDR.
  We will also report on the CMS Internal Review Action Items, as well
  as on the engineering meeting in Dubna, Russia (Dec. 18 and 19) 

  I will be sending out the TDR outline early next week with suggested
  assignments of reponsibility for write-ups



  I suggest the following schedule:

  Friday, November 22 (morning/FNAL)  

           9:00 - 9:30   Report on CMS Internal Review
           9:30 - 10:00  Report on Dubna Workshop (Freeman/Skuja)
          10:00 - 10:30  Status of HCAL engineering (Churin)
          10:30 - 11:00  Assembly/Installation Scenario (Skuja/Murbach?)
          11:00 - 12:15  Status of Test Beam Analysis (deBarbaro)
