US HCAL Meeting: October 31, 1995

Subject: Rearranged schedule for US HCAL Meeting october 31



Dear Colleagues:

     I have been requested to schedule the otpical/scintillator discussions
     in the morning so that people can get home in time for Haloween. I
     personally have no problem with such a change. 

     A number of HB/HF collaborators have requested that we meet soon
     to discuss the tasks for the '96 R & D program. I suggest that
     we meet at Fermilab. I have put together a preliminarty agenda.
     Please feel free to make suggestions for additions/changes.
