 Dear Colleagues:

    I propose the following schedule for preparing for the
 Lehman review (Remember that we have a internal review at FNAL as well
 the preparation for the Lehman sessions).

       Friday, Feb 20 & Saturday, Feb 21:  Absorber & Optics  

  +++++Saturday, March 7 to Friday, March 14: CMS Plenary Week at CERN
           March 7 and March 8: HCAL plenary meeting
           March 9: HCAL Engineering & HCAL IB
           March 10: Test beam (am); Calibration (pm); HF (all day) 
           March 11: Integration

       Friday, March 20 to Thursday, March 26: 
       Review of all subsystems at FNAL (finalize costs and schedule)
           March 20: Trigger/DAQ
           March 21: Electronics, Controls, HV
           March 22: Costs & Schedule (???)
           March 23: HPD's & Boxes
           March 24: Calibration
           March 25: HF
           March 26: PPP's & Remainder

  +++++++++ NOTE: We have to provide a hard copy of our presentation
                  to the CMS management by March 31

       April 3 to April 6: Preparation for Internal Review
           April 3 & April 4: Dry Run
           April 5 & April 6: Modified Presentations

       April 7 - 9: Internal Review: Preparation for the Lehman Session

 
  +++++April 17 & April 18: US CMS ANNUAL Meeting at Gainsville
            Friday, April 17: HCAL Subsystem meeting
            Saturday, April 18: US CMS Plenary Session

  +++++NOTE: Hard Copy of Presentation due April 20 (?)
  +++++Videoconferencing for individual presentations may be necessary during
       this time period.

       May 1 to May 4: Preparation for Lehman Review
           May 1 & May 2: Dry Run
           May 3 & May 4: Modified Presentations

       May 5 - 8: Lehman Review
